  • No — structural calculations are the structural engineer's responsibility. We draw the structural details to the engineer's specification and coordinate the drawings with their calc notes.

  • Yes — not all works require planning permission. We can produce a building regs-only pack from a design brief or measured survey.

  • Yes. We produce drawing sets suitable for submission to either local authority building control or private approved inspectors. Requirements are broadly consistent.

  • A building notice is a simpler notification for smaller works. A full plans application requires a complete drawing set reviewed by building control before work starts — we produce drawings suitable for full plans applications.
